Orders placed before 12pm are shipped the same business day.
Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped the next business day.
Our warehouse is closed Friday to Sunday.

Throughout promotional periods, we experience a surge in order volume. Dispatching orders may require an additional 1 business days.

Orders which are purchased on PRE ORDER will be despatched on the date or timeframe advised as per online description of that particular style.

Any delivery date or time specified by Elle Zeitoune is a best estimate only, and we will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any reasonable or unavoidable delay in delivery.

If you choose not to pay the applicable taxes and duties, your order will be held by DHL Express and eventually returned to our warehouse.
