Orders
A: Please note that your orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. There will be no deliveries made on weekends or NSW public holidays. On despatch of any item, the customer will receive an automated email alert generated by Australia Post advising that their parcel has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit with their tracking number. International customers will receive an automated DHL email alert with their tracking number.

Spotted a style you love but it's currently out of stock? No worries, we've got options for you! Simply click the ‘Email Me When Available’ button, and we'll notify you the moment it's back in stock. Want it sooner? Reach out to our Customer Care Team via live chat or email, and we'll check if it's making a comeback. Plus, for a more tailored touch, you can have this style made to order, just email us, and we'll provide all the details (fees apply for made to order). We're here to help!
Yes! We have a boutique in St Peters, Sydney. Alternatively, you’re welcome to visit one of our listed stockists.
Payments
All orders placed are in Australian Dollars (AUD).
Each country has its own customs and duty charges that may apply when collecting your parcel. Unfortunately, Elle Zeitoune Designs does not have access to specific fee details for each location and is unable to cover these charges. To avoid any surprises, we strongly recommend reaching out to your local DHL office to confirm the applicable customs and duty fees before placing your order. To use your Elle Zeitoune credit note/Gift card, simply enter the unique code sent to you via email in the discount code or gift card box at checkout. You will need to do this before paying for your item so it can deduct it from your order.
Returns
Please click the link HERE to process your return via our return’s portal. Please ensure your return meets the return policy.
ALL returns will take up to 3 business days to be processed. The customer will be notified via email the outcome of their return.

Upon receiving your order, please inspect all items carefully before trying them on. If you identify any faults, contact our Customer Care Team immediately at sales@ellezeitoune.com.au. To assist with a swift resolution, include your order number and a clear photo of the fault in your email. Our Customer Care Team will review your request promptly and provide the best possible solution.

We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don't, here's what to do...
Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be returned.
Items must be returned within 21 days for international customers, returns after this date, will strictly not be accepted. Returns Postage is to be entirely covered by the customer’s expense.

Garments labelled OUTLET are a final sale and not eligible for return, exchange, or credit note.
All full priced garments are eligible for a refund within 14 days of your parcel being received. The same policy applies to full price garments even if a 10% Welcome code. Please note, all refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
ll sale items purchased with an additional promotional discount are final sale and can’t be returned.
Taxes, Duties & Customs Charges
Taxes and duties may be applicable when your order enters your country.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to estimate these costs, as they are set and charged directly by your local customs office. Payment of these charges is required to release your order from customs. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
The prices listed on our online store do not include any overseas duties or customs charges. These costs are outside of our control, so we recommend familiarising yourself with your country’s customs policies before placing an order.
Important:
If you choose not to pay the applicable taxes and duties, your order will be held by DHL Express and eventually returned to our warehouse. Once the item is returned, we will process a refund excluding the original shipping fee and any additional charges incurred as a result of the return.
