If you are unhappy with your online purchase for any reason, we will gladly accept an exchange of full price, unworn, unmarked, merchandise returned to our online store within 14 days of the order date. If you receive your purchase and it is faulty or damaged you are entitled to a refund.
We do not refund if the garment is no longer suitable or it does not fit or if you decide that you don't want a garment once it arrives. Clicking 'Place Order' confirms that you accept the terms and conditions of the transaction. Once we accept your order these terms and conditions apply. This also applies if you receive an item and refuse to accept the package from the Post Office or Courier Company.
We do not exchange or refund any sale items unless your purchase is faulty or damaged.
Items purchased on our online boutique must be exchanged through our online boutique ONLY and cannot be exchanged in our Flagship store.
Items purchased in store can only be exchanged in store and not be returned online
If you do return an item for any of the above reasons we will provide you with a credit note or exchange on the returned items as long as the garment is un-worn, the tickets are attached and it is returned within 14 days, this does not include any cost incurred by us for the cost of Postage / Freight to send the items to you or to have them returned to us.
If you do wish to return an item to us, it is your responsibility to make sure that the returned items arrive safely and can be tracked.
Online sales and promotions cannot be used with credit coupons, or with any other promotion.
If for any reason an item is incorrectly marked at $0 due to a technical glitch, Elle Zeitoune has the right to contact the customer and receive full payment prior to dispatch otherwise the order will be cancelled.
