We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don't, here's what to do...
Full-priced items: In a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be returned for a refund or an e-voucher.
Exchanges: We're unable to process exchanges through our online store. To avoid disappointment, we recommend placing a new order for the item you would like to purchase, and returning your existing merchandise for a full refund to our online warehouse using the process below.
Sale items: In a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached may be returned for an e-voucher only.
Items must be returned within 14 days for Australian customers and 21 days for International customers. Returns after this date, will strictly not be accepted. Returns Postage is to be entirely covered by the customer’s expense.
Please note: Returns can take up to 3 business days to process.
Items purchased on our online boutique must be exchanged through our online boutique ONLY and cannot be exchanged in our Flagship store.
Items purchased in store can only be exchanged in store and not be returned online
If you do wish to return an item to us, it is your responsibility to make sure that the returned items arrive safely and can be tracked.
Online sales and promotions cannot be used with any other promotion.
If for any reason an item is incorrectly marked at $0 due to a technical glitch, Elle Zeitoune has the right to contact the customer and receive full payment prior to dispatch otherwise the order will be cancelled.
All freight charges are not credited when returned.
Return policy for sale items
Final Sale items ( further discounted items which are on sale ) are NOT eligible for Return or Exchange.
Any Final Sale Items which are returned will be refused upon delivery and returned to sender.
Final sale applies to outlet styles. Outlet/Warehouse sale styles do not qualify for a refund or e-voucher.
