WHEN WILL MY ORDER BE DISPATCHED?

Please note that your orders will be dispatched within 2 business days. There will be no deliveries made on weekends or NSW public holidays. On despatch of any item, the customer will receive an automated email alert generated by Australia Post advising that their parcel has been scanned into the postal system and is in transit with their tracking number. International customers will receive an automated DHL email alert with their tracking number.

HOW DO I RETURN MY FULL PRICE ITEM?

We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don't, here's what to do...

Full-priced goods in a saleable condition, unworn, and with original tags attached. Items must be returned within 14 days of purchase within Australia, and within 21 days for our international customers any time after this period your return will not be accepted. Items purchased on our online boutique must be exchanged through our online boutique ONLY and cannot be exchanged in our Flagship store. Please note all items being returned are at the customer’s expense.

When returning your item please complete your return form in full and enclose this with your parcel to the address provided below:

HOW DO I RETURN MY SALE ITEM?

Elle Zeitoune Designs strictly does not accept returns on sale items, sale items are considered final sale. Although we will make exceptions for customers who receive their sale item and wish to change for SIZE ONLY, subject to availability of the size. If the size you wish to exchange for is unavailable at the time, it is then the customer’s responsibility to keep the sale item as it no longer can be returned.

When returning your sale item please email your return to admin@ellezeitoune.com.au with your order number and request a RA for an exchange with size details.

Once you have been given your RA please fill out your returns form in full and enclose this with your parcel to the address provided below:

I LIVE OVERSEAS, HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?

We want you to love what you have ordered, but if for some reason you don't, here's what to do...

Items must be returned within 21 days for international customers, returns after this date, will strictly not be accepted. Returns Postage is to be entirely covered by the customer’s expense.

WHAT CURRENCY ARE ELLE ZEITOUNE DRESSES IN?

All orders placed are in Australian Dollars (AUD). Delivery costs are added to the price of the Products and are indicated separately on the order form. Delivery costs are waived when free shipping is promoted on the Website.

THE DRESS I LOVE IS OUT OF STOCK, WHAT DO I DO?

If the dress you love is out of stock, we advise you to click on your ideal size and fill out the pop up box with your details. Once the item is back in stock we will be able to notify you straight away via email.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY RETURN?

ALL returns will take up to 3 business days to be processed. The customer will be notified via email the outcome of their return.

HOW WILL I RECEIVE MY E-VOUCHER?

All E-Vouchers are sent directly to the email which is listed with the related purchase. E-Vouchers are ONLY to be used online. If for any reason you have not received your E-Voucher we advise you to check your JUNK mail.

HOW DO I USE MY E-VOUCHER?

Once you have received your E-Voucher via email, please follow the below steps:

Go to www.ellezeitoune.com.au

Please login to your account. If you don’t have a login, please create one.

Once you have logged in, click on VOUCHER located on the toolbar of the website.

Enter your e-voucher code which has been emailed to you and click REDEEM.

Once you are finished shopping continue to checkout, enter your shipping details and continue onto the tab which states USE CREDITS, your available funds will appear in this section.

Your credits will be available in your account each time you login.
